How To Do The Maintenance Of Drip Irrigation Belt

Drip irrigation belts are used in the irrigation of fruit trees, vegetables, commercial crops and greenhouses. They have good results in terms of water saving and harvesting, but even if the equipment is good, it cannot be well used and properly maintained. The method is not enough, so how should we do the maintenance of the product?

(1) Before winter, it is necessary to drain the stored water in the pump body, disassemble and inspect the water pump and nozzle, wipe off water stains, apply oil to assemble, pack the inlet and outlet, and park in a dry place for storage. The pipes of the sprinkler irrigation belt should be washed and dried, and the hoses should be rolled into a disk and placed in a cool and dry place.

(2) All sprinkler heads of drip irrigation belt equipment and micro-spray belt equipment shall be inspected, repaired or replaced uniformly after dismantling. The rotating parts shall be removed, the dirt and residual water shall be wiped off, and the drip irrigation belt shall be properly stored after applying a little oil.

(3) All lubrication parts of the drip irrigation belt should be lubricated in all aspects to prevent rusting.

(4) After the irrigation season, the equipment and the micro-spray belt equipment should be repaired in an all-round way, and any problems should be dealt with in time to avoid causing bigger problems.

(5) The maintenance of the power engine and water pump of the unit should be carried out according to the relevant instructions.

In general, we can maintain the drip irrigation belt according to the above methods after use. With proper equipment maintenance measures, the service life of these equipment can be fully guaranteed, and there will be no short service life.
